Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the 1Memorial platform. Purchasing a plan (25 years, 50 years, or permanent) entitles you to a dedicated numbered space and the creation of a digital memorial. Users agree to provide truthful information and not to upload unlawful, offensive, or third-party-rights-violating content. 1Memorial reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms. Payment is a one-time fee for the duration of the selected plan. In the event of non-renewal, the memorial becomes inaccessible but data is retained for a grace period. 1Memorial is not liable for misuse of the platform by third parties. These terms may be updated; users will be notified of any material changes.
