These Terms of Service govern the use of the 1Memorial platform. The purchase of a plan (25 years, 50 years or permanent) entitles you to a dedicated numbered space and the creation of a digital memorial. The user undertakes to provide truthful information and not to upload illegal, offensive or content that violates third-party rights. 1Memorial reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms. Payment is a one-time fee for the duration of the chosen plan. In case of non-renewal, the memorial becomes inaccessible but data is retained for a grace period. 1Memorial is not responsible for improper use of the platform by third parties. These terms may be updated; users will be informed of any significant changes.
