1Memorial has adopted an operational continuity plan to ensure digital memorials remain accessible even in extraordinary circumstances. Data is replicated on redundant servers located in different European geographical regions. In the event of business cessation, 1Memorial undertakes to: (1) give at least 90 days' notice to users; (2) provide complete data export tools in standard format; (3) activate succession agreements with qualified partners to ensure service continuity.
